"She operated like a builder and one of our sharpest business minds. But what I valued most wasn't any single project. When something was genuinely hard or sensitive, she was a person I trusted and just as telling, the team trusted her." -Daniel Winer, CEO HexClad

Who I've BUILT with

THE PROBLEM

You've hired capable leaders. But...

  • Decisions still come back to you.
  • Problems cross departments, and nobody owns the finish line, except you.
  • Conversations you thought were clear somehow aren't producing the results you expected.

So, you step in. Again.

It's exhausting. And, it's limiting what your business can become.

The company has grown. But the way responsibility gets carried hasn't kept up.

THE BUSINESS HAS GROWN ... Too MUCH STILL DEPENDS ON YOU.

It's costing you, let's fix it

THE ANSWER ISN'T MORE OVERSIGHT.

It's a leadership team with the clarity, judgment, and accountability to operate at the next level.

Clarity

  • Everyone knows what success looks like and who owns it.

Judgment

  • Leaders make sound decisions without constantly escalating.

Accountability

  • People address problems, follow through, and own outcomes.

Having an expectation isn't the same as establishing one. The goal isn't more oversight. It's a leadership team capable of greater ownership.

" Panagiota was the heart + center of how this (establishing a culture of top talent at Common Thread Collective) went down. Words fail me to describe her impact on my life during and after my time at CTC 😍 " -Aaron Orendorff, CEO Operators Podcast

BUILD A LEADERSHIP TEAM THAT CAN CARRY MORE OF THE BUSINESS

The Symptom

The Symptom
The Symptom

  • You've hired capable executives, but too many decisions still come back to you.
  • The same conversations keep happening. The same problems keep needing your attention.
  • You know the business can't keep growing this way.

The Work

The Symptom
The Symptom

  • I partner with you and 2–4 key executives to understand what's preventing your leadership team from carrying more of the business.
  • We identify where clarity, judgment, or accountability is breaking down, then work through the real challenges behind it.
  • That might mean clarifying expectations, strengthening an executive's decision-making, navigating a difficult conversation, or establishing clear ownership of an outcome.
  • The goal: Better decisions, direct conversations, and greater ownership without everything coming back to you.

The How

The How
The How

A consistent coaching partnership focused on the leadership challenges happening inside your business right now.

  • Executive coaching: Two individual 60-minute sessions per month with each participating executive to strengthen judgment, navigate difficult situations, and build ownership.
  • CEO partnership: Two individual 60-minute sessions per month to work through leadership challenges, clarify expectations, and strengthen how you lead your team.
  • Leadership team working session: One 90-minute session to address issues requiring shared understanding, better decisions, or collective accountability.
  • Progress you can see: Two or three leadership priorities, tracked through real examples of decisions made, conversations handled, and outcomes owned.
