How I'm built
I'm Panagiota Hatzis. Organization builder.
- Over 15 years building people operations at agencies and high-growth companies (Common Thread Collective, HexClad and more), I noticed a pattern: leaders with clear vision hit a wall when their organization can't keep pace. Information gets stuck. Decisions slow. People work in silos.
- I help scaling executives at $5-$50M organizations close that gap, building the infrastructure, decision frameworks, and communication systems that let their teams own outcomes.
- With an undergraduate degree in psychology and graduate training in industrial-organizational psychology, I understand why organizations behave the way they do and design systems that work with human nature, not against it.
