"kah-tee-kah-low" means "something good" in Greek as in,
let's build something good together.
It's Science | Academically, I have a background in
It's Experience | Professionally, I've held a seat the executive table for over a decade offering my unique perspective as a VP of Human Resources, executive coach and consultant.
My experience spans from large Fortune 500 companies, to non profits, to agencies, and start ups.
It's Personal | At my core I am wholehearted; inviting authentic growth as a companion to you and me.
I grew up in a home of immigrant entrepreneurs where I first understood that "work-life" isn't a real thing. Work doesn't exist external to your life, or vice versa. They are interconnected and given how much time we spend at work, my calling was to address how can I make work life better for everyone? It's not profit v people, it's both.
In a nutshell, I make work life better for you and as a result better for your people too. I don't claim to have all the answers. I do, however, claim to help you find your answers in our work together.

Kati Kalo builds at the intersection of people and operations; creating cultures of growth minded, wholehearted performance.
Why? To encourage the journey toward who we are all meant to be in the environments we create and the people we impact at work.
Wholeheartedness | We all have stories. Wholeheartedness is valuing yourself AND the other person behind the story.
Authenticity | Authenticity is working from a place of integrity. Say what you mean, mean what you say, follow through and communicate with sincerity.
Growth | Different/change/growth isn't a bad thing, it's part of the pursuit of who we are meant to be and the organizations/teams we are creating.
The evil eye has historically been used across Mediterranean countries and is referred to as the “mati” (μάτι) in Greek culture. The mati is meant to protect and promote good vibes.
Kati Kalo uses the mati as its symbol encouraging the good vibes in the good work it's building with its partners.
